📋 Description

• Own end-to-end delivery of customer engagements, ensuring quality, on-time, and on-budget execution • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and partners, building strong relationships and managing expectations • Lead implementation from mobilization through deployment, including resource planning, governance, and adherence to Coupa methodologies • Manage risks, issues, and escalations, driving resolution and keeping projects on track (“path to green”) • Oversee financial performance across projects, including forecasting, contract compliance, and KPI achievement • Act as executive sponsor across a portfolio of engagements, supporting stakeholders, guiding strategy, and ensuring overall delivery success

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in systems applications consulting (internal IT, consulting firm, or software provider), with 5+ years in program or project leadership roles • Strong experience managing and delivering complex projects, including planning, tracking, and working with executive/C-suite stakeholders • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive clear insights • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and build relationships across all levels • High level of ownership, initiative, and adaptability, with strong prioritization and professionalism • Experience with SaaS and enterprise applications (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Salesforce, Workday); Business Spend Management experience is a plus
