📋 Description

• Manage and maintain sales opportunities, customer and partner information, and related documentation • Support quote creation, modification, and validation • Ensure sales and customer data is accurate, complete, and up to date • Research information and prepare data for reports and business analysis • Create regular and ad-hoc reports related to sales performance and KPIs • Identify and help resolve data or process-related issues • Coordinate activities through established sales and operational processes • Communicate with internal Sales teams, partners, and customers regarding status updates and issue resolution • Ensure data is handled securely and according to company policies and local compliance requirements • Support consistent and effective use of sales and customer data across the organisation

🎯 Requirements

• 2-year university degree or equivalent relevant experience • 2–4 years of experience in sales support, commercial operations, opportunity management, quoting, or a similar role • Advanced English – mandatory • Advanced Spanish – mandatory • Experience with sales tools and systems such as Salesforce (SFDC), Oracle, SAP/S4, or partner/customer portals • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy • Good organisational and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
