📋 Description

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, including servicing and commercial activities • Manage customer inquiries, complaints, offline activities, and follow-ups through email and ticketing systems • Assist customers in real time through chat and digital platforms • Manage customer interactions on Facebook, X, Instagram, and other social media platforms • Support customers with banking products and services, channel usage, banking operations, and customer information needs • Promote, advise on, and sell banking products and services remotely by telephone • Provide informational, operational, commercial, transactional, and multichannel sales support • Conduct proactive commercial activities with assigned and potential clients and report contact outcomes • Develop assigned clientele by identifying untapped potential and recommending suitable service models • Handle telephone complaints and support the Digital Branch • Interact with clients regarding potential fraud reports in compliance with regulations • Manage self-banking support, multichannel contract unlocking, and remote offering activities • Stay updated on commercial strategy, policies, new products, and commercial initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent/native Hungarian language ability, as indicated by the role title • Ability to support customers through inbound and outbound calls, email, ticketing systems, chat, and social media channels • Knowledge or ability to learn banking products, services, operations, and self-banking processes • Ability to perform commercial, advisory, promotional, and sales activities • Ability to handle customer complaints, transactional operations, fraud-related interactions, and multichannel sales support • Ability to comply with applicable regulations, bank policies, and commercial procedures
