📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers • Partner with sales, operations, quality, and innovation teams • Match customer technical needs with existing Covia products • Lead foundry testing and support technical qualification activities • Attend customer plant audits and represent Covia at conferences • Deliver internal and external technical training to customers and sales teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, chemistry, materials science, or a related technical discipline • 10+ years of experience within the foundry industry, with demonstrated expertise in green sand, cold box, no-bake, and resin-coated sand processes • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear customer value • Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional, team-oriented environments
