📋 Description

• You will play a key role in managing financial transparency across our projects and support the achievement of our economic and sustainability objectives – working closely with project teams and management. • Budget tracking and liquidity planning for development projects and CapEx measures in existing assets • Preparation of presentations and reports for shareholders and stakeholders • Cost controlling and reporting of operational activities • Review of compliance with procurement policies – particularly with regard to responsible supply chains • Advising project teams on commercial issues, including consideration of sustainable procurement and contract criteria • Supporting audits and financial closings by providing transparent data on costs and sustainability targets • Contributing to the optimization of organizational and administrative processes • Coordinating between operational and administrative areas to embed sustainable standards across the entire project lifecycle

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree in business administration or a comparable commercial qualification • Initial experience in controlling, ideally in the construction or real estate sector • Confident use of SAP, preferably SAP S/4HANA • Fluent German and English skills • Analytical thinking, structured way of working and a strong affinity for numbers with attention to detail • Strong communication skills and enjoyment of collaborating with different specialist departments
