📋 Description

• Strategic and operational revenue and cost controlling • Preparation of and contribution to monthly and annual financial statements as well as financial planning • Preparation for and participation in budget negotiations • Preparation of profitability analyses, business management reports and investment appraisals • Monthly reporting to stakeholders (department heads, chief physicians, etc.) • Optimization of business processes

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree or relevant vocational training with a focus on controlling, finance or accounting and initial professional experience in controlling • Strong willingness to learn and interest in familiarizing yourself with sector-specific topics in healthcare (prior knowledge is an advantage but not required) • Excellent communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork; mutual support is a given for you • Very precise and structured working style with a high standard for attention to detail and data quality • Strong service orientation and understanding of the role of controlling as an internal partner for business units and management • Excellent German language skills, written and spoken (minimum C1 level)
