📋 Description

• Commercial management of a defined property portfolio, acting as the primary point of contact for our clients • Active participation in portfolio development • Correspondence with clients, service providers, legal representatives, authorities, etc. • Handling termination processes • Conducting preliminary inspections, taking over properties upon termination, and handing over after re-letting • Processing and management of defects/repairs • Regular property inspections and responsibility for ensuring ongoing safety and compliance • Collaboration with the technical team • Close cooperation with external service providers (especially caretakers, tradespeople, etc.) • Continuous data maintenance

🎯 Requirements

• Completed training as a Real Estate Clerk/Property Manager (m/f/d) or several years of professional experience in property management • Ideally experience working with SAP • Good command of Microsoft Office applications • Very good German language skills, both written and spoken • Service-oriented mindset and approach • Structured way of working and enjoyment of teamwork
