Humanistischer Verband Berlin-Brandenburg KdöR is a regional humanist association and nonprofit organization that provides a wide range of social, educational and cultural services across Berlin and Brandenburg. The Verband represents the interests of non-religious people and promotes humanist values such as tolerance, self-determination and solidarity. Its activities include running kindergartens, a free humanist primary school, vocational and higher education institutions, adult education programs, hospice and palliative services, youth and community programs, life ceremonies (naming, coming-of-age, weddings, funerals), volunteer engagement and social support services.

📋 Description

• Independent management and implementation of publicly funded educational projects • Organization, supervision and moderation of educational events • Further development, planning, implementation and evaluation of the events program • Acquisition and management of public and private third‑party funding • Office management • Support for public relations

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training and comprehensive expertise in managing projects with financial responsibility • Experience in designing, organizing and moderating educational events as well as in event management • Strong communication skills, versatility, team orientation, resilience and good time management • Experience in the non-profit sector desirable
