📋 Description

• Business Development & Growth – Identify and execute strategic opportunities to scale revenue and expand our market presence. • Sales & GTM Strategy – Work alongside the CEO to develop and implement high-impact sales and growth initiatives. • Strategic Partnerships – Build relationships with key industry players, insurance agencies, and distribution partners. • Operational Excellence – Optimize internal processes, ensuring efficiency and alignment as we scale. • Leadership Development – Over time, grow into a key leadership role in sales, BD, or other critical functions within COVU. • Special Projects – Own high-priority initiatives that drive COVU’s long-term success.

🎯 Requirements

• Ex-Founder or Entrepreneurial Operator – You’ve built something before, raised capital, or taken risks in business. • Sales & BD Mindset – You know how to hustle, close deals, and build relationships that drive business. • Strategic & Hands-On – You can zoom out for big-picture thinking but also execute like an operator. • Hungry & Relentless – You move fast, take ownership, and thrive in high-growth environments. • Bonus: MBA from a Top-Tier Business School – (Not required, but a plus.) • Experience in InsurTech , FinTech, SaaS, or B2B sales is a plus.
