📋 Description

• Respond promptly to incoming emails and phone inquiries during US business hours • Provide clear, professional, and empathetic customer communication • Execute established SOPs with high precision • Identify and flag complex edge cases to leadership before taking independent action • Track open support tickets through final resolution • Provide proactive customer status updates • Assist in updating operational SOPs and documentation as customer scenarios and backend workflows emerge

🎯 Requirements

• Strong customer support background • Proven ability to communicate professionally across written and phone channels • Able to consistently work full-time hours aligned with US time zones • Exceptional attention to detail and respect for established SOPs • Ability to identify when to follow standard procedure and when to escalate • Dependable and accountable, with a high-ownership mentality • Urban location with reliable utility access • Dedicated generator or uninterrupted power supply (UPS) capable of running a full shift • High-speed fiber internet • Secondary backup internet connection
