📋 Description
• Take full ownership of administrative and marketing workflows directly off the founder's plate to maximize organizational velocity. • Manage and deliver client deliverables independently—from initial creative brief to final completion and quality assurance. • Drive technical digital marketing efforts, focusing heavily on SEO implementation, social ads execution, and conversion tracking. • Design polished graphics and edit high-quality video content that meets an exceptional aesthetic standard. • Leverage advanced AI platforms (including Claude) to engineer smarter, faster, and more efficient project processes. • Maintain absolute organization across all moving parts, keeping deadlines on track even during high-velocity agency scaling.
🎯 Requirements
• Strong working knowledge of SEO mechanics, paid social advertising, conversion tracking data, and website user experience standards. • A proven portfolio demonstrating polished graphic design capabilities and clean, engaging video editing skills. • Deeply experienced with Claude and other leading generative AI systems, knowing how to actively prompt and integrate them into everyday workflows. • Highly organized with exceptional structural instincts. • A confident operator who takes immediate initiative on vague problems, combined with the professional self-awareness to proactively ask for training when navigating new complexities.
