📋 Description

• Conduct detailed reviews of existing BIM models, identify gaps, and build accurate architectural geometry in Revit • Independently draft, detail, and assemble permit-ready architectural drawing sheets for a commercial hospitality conversion project • Apply US building code standards, accessibility requirements, and regional drafting guidelines • Assist with architectural scope reviews and extract material takeoffs and estimates from model data • Coordinate technical details to keep the project on schedule for permit submission within the 1-month timeline

🎯 Requirements

• Must be based in the Philippines • Expert-level proficiency in Revit modeling, family creation, and construction document set production • Proven experience preparing construction documentation tailored to US building codes and local permit submission guidelines • Educational and professional background in Architecture, Structural Engineering, or Civil Engineering • Own an active Revit software license • High-speed internet • Dependable power backup setup • Ability to independently generate permit-ready sheets with zero structural oversight • Nice to have: Hands-on proficiency with AutoCAD for legacy CAD coordination • Nice to have: Direct drafting or BIM experience on commercial hospitality projects
