📋 Description
• Provide executive support, marketing assistance, and client communication to streamline operations and enhance client engagement. • Manage and sync calendars ensuring no double bookings and adequate buffers between meetings. • Ensure travel time, correct meeting locations, and Zoom info are accurately reflected on invites. • Recreate and standardize SuperBill documents per clients’ insurance specifications, convert to PDF, and send to clients. • Develop and standardize administrative processes and forms. • Proofread communications and documents. • Create PowerPoint presentations for workshops. • Create, post, manage, and engage on social media content. • Synchronize marketing materials across platforms (e.g., website and flyers). • Follow up with clients who need to schedule sessions or have been inactive for months.
