• Assess resumes and LinkedIn profiles compared to competitors • Provide actionable feedback with at least three improvement suggestions • Handle email marketing campaigns • Conduct initial lead generation outreach (to be determined) • Develop marketing strategies and analyze engagement data • Create and manage content for LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram • Follow up with networking contacts via email • Research relevant events and conferences for client networking
🎯 Requirements
• Strong written communication and marketing sense for B2B or professional audiences • Experience managing social media for service-based or agency businesses • Ability to work autonomously and maintain high standards • Comfortable receiving direct feedback and iterating quickly • Professional, proactive attitude, and able to collaborate closely with a founder/CEO • Prior experience with lead generation outreach (Nice-to-Haves) • Familiarity with presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint) (Nice-to-Haves) • Background in remote work environments (Nice-to-Haves)
