📋 Description

• Provide leadership and oversight for environmental compliance, environmental-related standards & training • Work with sites and markets on administration of regulatory matters (Environmental, Health and Safety) for all of Cox Automotive, Inc. (CAI) • Drive improvement for environmental compliance and standardizing the environmental program for all of Cox Automotive • Build and execute comprehensive environmental training program/plan for CAI • Develop and implement a compliance assurance process to include site self-assessment and corporate compliance assurance reviews • Manage outside contractor/consulting partners • Measure, track and report on environmental metrics • Establish goals, targets and objectives to measure environmental performance by promoting a continuous improvement culture

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 6 years’ experience in a related field • The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master’s degree and 4 years’ experience; a Ph.D. and 1 year of experience; or 10 years’ experience in a related field
