📋 Description
• Provide strategic oversight rather than operational management • Work in partnership with the national team • Set long-term strategic direction • Ensure fiduciary oversight and financial viability • Monitor organizational performance and risks • Ensure alignment with the mission and long-term impact
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in governance (ideally as a board member of a nonprofit organization or a company) • Strategic thinking and sound judgment • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills • Commitment to SNAP CANADA’s mission and conservation objectives
