Craft&Craft is a boutique Istanbul-based studio that designs and produces bespoke corporate gifts, branded packaging and curated experience boxes tailored to a client’s corporate identity and budget. They work with local artisans and designers to create handcrafted, refined and artful gift sets for corporate events, workshops and brand activations, and offer an online catalog and ordering for bespoke or catalogue selections. Craft&Craft also runs workshops and creates experiential packages to help brands leave memorable impressions.

📋 Description

• Coordinate and monitor all stages of maritime import shipments, from opening the SI (Shipping Instruction) or coordinated RO (Routing Order) through to confirmation of document dispatch; • Keep clients and agents informed with up-to-date information regarding shipments, aiming to ensure excellent service and continuous improvement; • Follow the strategy defined for the FCL import product in coordination with the sales and pricing teams to achieve Craft Group targets; • Coordinate receipt of new shipping instructions (origin/internal/client) and verify required and basic information; • Identify discrepancies and ensure they are recorded in the system; • Send the SI (Shipping Instruction) to the agent with complete data and continuously follow up until the agent confirms the shipment. Pay attention to the Incoterm for the workflow; • Maintain constant follow-up with agents on all shipment stages, from receipt of the booking to confirmation of the lot’s shipment, keeping clients informed and updated at all times; • Keep the corporate system updated according to events that occur during the shipment flow; • Close out shipments accurately with respect to deadlines and documentary information, updating the system, the client and the documentation team; • Contact clients indicated by agents who finalized the shipment directly at destination (Routing Order) to confirm cargo status and expected shipment date; • Foster the development of the relationship between the client and the shipment coordinator through calls and meetings (internal or external meetings subject to immediate management approval).

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Business Administration or related fields; • Advanced English for conversation – will support clients from the USA; • Spanish is a plus; • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; • Experience working with freight agents and/or NVOCC is preferred; • Knowledge of import procedures and routines; • Ability to interpret scenarios, positive attitude, curiosity, willingness to learn and proactivity; • Experience with import processes in the United States is a differential.
