📋 Description
• Conduct requirements gathering meetings with stakeholders and business units • Collect, analyze, validate, and document functional and non-functional requirements • Prepare technical and functional documentation for systems and processes • Create and detail User Stories, acceptance criteria, and business rules • Develop artifacts such as ER diagrams (DER), BPMN models, flowcharts, and UML diagrams • Ensure traceability between requirements, development, and testing • Support development and QA teams throughout the delivery cycle • Participate in agile ceremonies such as planning, refinement, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives • Support prioritization and alignments defined by the end client • Attend remote and in-person meetings as project needs require
🎯 Requirements
• Experience as a Requirements Analyst, Functional Analyst, or in related roles • Experience in requirements elicitation and documentation • Knowledge of process modeling and functional documentation • Experience writing User Stories and acceptance criteria • Familiarity with BPMN, UML, and data modeling (ER diagrams / DER) • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) • Strong communication skills with technical and business stakeholders • Experience with documentation and demand/issue management tools
