📋 Description

• Build and evolve management and executive reports, translating data into actionable insights and strategic narratives; • Support the identification of opportunities and issues in channel execution, providing visibility to leadership; • Work cross-functionally with areas such as Commercial, Marketing, Finance, and Operations; • Support the implementation of tools and initiatives aimed at partners (distributors); • Structure analyses that support strategic decisions and the prioritization of initiatives; • Actively participate in process management, maintaining constant interface with internal areas to ensure governance and efficient contract management; • Organize and consolidate information from different sources, ensuring consistency and clarity in communications.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related fields; • Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint; • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build structured storytelling targeted to leadership; • Experience building reports and executive presentations; • Collaborative profile, with ease moving between different areas and levels of the organization; • Organized and detail-oriented, without losing sight of the big picture; • Experience/knowledge in project management; • Experience with BI and data handling; • Minimum intermediate knowledge of English; • Advanced Excel skills (Macros and VBA); • Strong analytical capability, with the ability to turn data into relevant insights.
