📋 Description

• Lead Discovery and Design Thinking processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation. • Plan and conduct user research (qualitative and quantitative), interviews, usability tests, and hypothesis validation. • Map user journeys, navigation flows, personas, and information architecture. • Create wireframes and low- and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma. • Develop consistent, responsive interfaces aligned with the Design System. • Partner with Product Managers to define and prioritize features. • Collaborate with Engineering teams during development, ensuring the quality of the delivered experience. • Contribute to product strategy definition, bringing a user-centered perspective. • Analyze usage, behavior, and conversion metrics to continuously evolve the product. • Facilitate workshops, co-creation activities, and ideation sessions. • Support and mentor more junior designers, promoting UX/UI best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (completed). • Fluent English. • Strong experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, or in Product Design. • Experience with digital products (Web and Mobile). • Experience conducting user research and usability testing. • Proficiency in Figma (Components, Auto Layout, Variables, Prototypes, and Libraries). • Knowledge of Design Systems. • Experience with Design Thinking, Double Diamond, or similar methodologies. • Knowledge of UX Research, UX Writing, Information Architecture, and Interaction Design. • Experience working in agile teams (Scrum or Kanban). • Ability to turn complex problems into simple, intuitive solutions. • Excellent communication skills and ability to present solutions to diverse audiences. • Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end projects.
