📋 Description

• Manage database and CRM systems • Monitor data quality, maintain data records, and improve and document structures and processes • Prepare analyses and statistics for specialist departments • Manage data imports and interfaces, and administer user permissions • Analyze data and system errors, identify root causes, and develop appropriate solutions • Train and support the team on database and CRM-related questions • Collaborate with external service providers and software vendors • Coordinate and promote the use of artificial intelligence, and develop applications for the foundation’s work

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training or a degree in IT, data management, business information systems, or a related field • Experience with databases and CRM systems, as well as SQL and database queries • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams, particularly Excel • Understanding of data structures and interfaces, along with a strong focus on data quality • Knowledge of digitalization and artificial intelligence • Structured, meticulous, and independent working style • Clear and effective communication, teamwork, and a strong service orientation • An open and comfortable approach when working with people affected by stroke
