• End-to-end ownership of AI agents • A dynamic, iterative environment – no stagnation, no copy-paste • Prototype and roll out AI Agents for campaign setup & troubleshooting • Analyze real user problems – and translate them into automation • Continuously improve agent performance based on measurable goals • Deep dive into the smartclip AdServer system: Understand the tech & business logic, connect the dots, reimagine the architecture • Drive AI adoption in a highly connected platform
🎯 Requirements
• Know AdTech and AdOps – maybe even from “the other side” (Supply Side = bonus) • Have built or prototyped AI automations before • Don’t treat APIs like alien hieroglyphs • Think technically , but act strategically • Bring a Growth Hacker mindset : curious, fast, hands-on
