• Develop, implement, and optimize end-to-end revenue operations processes • Own CRM data quality, automation, and reporting across the sales funnel • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to align revenue goals • Create performance dashboards and recommend actionable insights to leadership • Establish forecasting models and pipeline health metrics • Lead pricing, commission, and revenue attribution strategy • Ensure tool stack is effectively supporting all GTM functions
• 5+ years experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, or Growth Ops, preferably in B2B SaaS or fintech • Hands-on experience with CRMs (e.g., Pipedrive, Salesforce, HubSpot), analytics platforms, and automation tools • Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize data into strategy • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills • Experience managing revenue processes in early-stage startups (preferred) • Familiarity with Make.com, Google Sheets dashboards, or BI tools (e.g., Tableau) (preferred)
