📋 Description

• Planning, designing, coordinating and monitoring test activities in projects/chapters • Creating test concepts, test specifications and test plans • Coordinating and managing test teams • Defect management • Preparing test reporting • Continuous development and improvement of our methods, processes and tools to maintain our high software quality standards

🎯 Requirements

• Completed IT-related degree/training with relevant professional experience or a comparable qualification • Several years of solid professional experience in software testing and additionally in test management (at least 3 years) • ISTQB Certified Tester Advanced Level – Test Manager • Experience in software development projects using both traditional and agile methodologies • Confident presence and experience working with different hierarchical levels • High motivation, flexibility and a structured, independent way of working • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
