• Wachstumsstrategie mitentwickeln und gezieltes Fundraising zur Sicherung der Kapitalbasis unterstützen • Skalierbare Business-Operations-Prozesse etablieren • Sich um Tools und Reporting kümmern und Sonderprojekte übernehmen • Bei der Weiterentwicklung des ISMS helfen und Richtlinien mitgestalten • Produkt und Tech bei der Vorbereitung auf ISO 27001, DORA und weitere Anforderungen unterstützen • Eng mit CEO, CTO und Teamleads zusammenarbeiten • Struktur für weiteres Wachstum und Skalierung schaffen • AI-Tools über Aufgaben, Prozesse und Teams hinweg gezielt einsetzen, um Produktivität und Effizienz zu steigern

🎯 Requirements

• Erfahrung, Leidenschaft und Fähigkeit, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und ins Handeln zu kommen • Schnelle Einarbeitung in neue Themen und parallele Arbeit in unterschiedlichen Fachbereichen • Erfahrung in dynamischen, unternehmerischen Umfeldern ist erwünscht • Akademischer Hintergrund, z. B. in BWL, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbarem Feld, ist ein Plus, aber kein Muss • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
