📋 Description

• Define product infrastructure according to architecture specifications; • Ensure environment resilience; • Align and control SLIs, SLAs and SLOs; • Troubleshoot application infrastructure (understand, participate, propose solutions); • Assist in application troubleshooting when requested by developers; • Lead monitoring, logging and automation solutions; • Document product infrastructure; • Participate in and understand infrastructure capacity and cost; • Analyze application trends; • Drive new solutions within the product; • Participate in POCs and testing of new solutions; • IaC: Infrastructure as Code; • Deploy/create cloud infrastructure (Azure, OCI, AWS and GCP); • Request and follow up on requests to on-premises infrastructure teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (completed); • Hands-on experience developing technical solutions aligned with the role's specific technologies; • Ability to understand system architectures and apply them effectively and strategically, focusing on performance, scalability, and alignment with business objectives; • Knowledge of distributed architecture, virtualization and/or cloud; • Knowledge of Linux operating systems; • Experience operating cloud environments – Azure, OCI, AWS and GCP; • Knowledge of Docker/containers; • Knowledge of Kubernetes; • Knowledge of messaging systems: Kafka and others; • Understanding of DevOps culture and principles; • Experience with CI/CD (Azure DevOps, ArgoCD and others); • Experience with process automation using industry tools: Ansible/Terraform; • Knowledge of shell scripting to support automation and solution development; • Knowledge of Prometheus and Grafana for monitoring and metric analysis; • Experience with business-focused observability models, emphasizing strategic and operational indicators.
