📋 Description

• Manage payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate employee compensation. • Oversee employee onboarding, including orientation sessions and new hire paperwork. • Coordinate recruitment efforts, including job postings, candidate screenings, and interviews. • Maintain accurate records related to payroll, onboarding, and recruitment processes. • Collaborate with HR team members to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies. • Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and organizational policies during payroll and hiring processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. • Proven experience in payroll processing, recruitment, or employee onboarding. • Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. • Proficiency in HRIS systems and payroll software is a plus.
