📋 Description

• Deliver 10–15 high-impact automations monthly • Replace manual workflows across sales, recruiting, and operations • Build scalable, documented systems that are actively used • Track automation performance and continuously optimize results • Own the full AI workflow lifecycle: build, optimize, and maintain • Ensure systems are reliable, cost-efficient, and low-maintenance • Collaborate with teams to understand workflows, pain points, and gaps • Convert business needs into automation solutions • Drive adoption through training and simplicity • Monitor KPIs including automations deployed, manual work reduction, workflow adoption, pipeline impact, uptime, accuracy, and cost efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• Deliver 10–15 high-impact automations monthly • Think in systems rather than tasks • Ship quickly and iterate based on results • Focus on measurable impact over activity • Build solutions that scale across teams and clients • Experience or proficiency with Zapier, Make, n8n, OpenAI, Claude, HubSpot, Salesforce, Workable, Airtable, and Google Sheets • Primary internet connection of at least 15 Mbps • Backup internet connection of at least 10 Mbps, capable of supporting work during a power outage • Primary desktop or laptop with Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer), Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer), AMD Ryzen 5, or equivalent processor • Primary device with at least 8 GB RAM • Functional backup device meeting or exceeding Intel Core i3 performance and usable during power interruptions • Functioning webcam • Noise-canceling USB headset • Quiet, dedicated home office space • Smartphone for communication and verification
