📋 Description

• Make outbound calls daily to perform education, employment, and reference verifications submitted by job applicants on behalf of clients • Review and complete verification requests ordered by clients • Determine next steps for verifying information through research • Answer inbound calls on a multi-line phone system for the Verifications Department • Conduct internet research to verify education and employment information • Email businesses, schools, and professional organizations to verify applicant information • Interview professional references to assess applicants' previous work history • Perform administrative responsibilities related to the Verifications team

🎯 Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of US verification experience • A compelling telephone manner and polished, professional demeanor • Proficiency in G-Suite and Microsoft Office applications • Ability to navigate multiple windows and browsers efficiently • Ability to conduct thorough internet research • Typing speed of 45 words per minute • Amenable to working in US timezone • Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps • Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps • Backup connection capable of supporting work during a power outage • Desktop or laptop with Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer), Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer), AMD Ryzen 5, or equivalent processor • Minimum of 8 GB RAM • Backup device meeting or exceeding Intel Core i3 performance • Backup device functional during power interruptions • Functioning webcam • Noise-canceling USB headset • Quiet, dedicated home office space • Smartphone for communication and verification purposes
