📋 Description

• Identify and Qualify Leads: • - Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industries. • - Utilize various channels, including online research and networking, to identify and qualify leads. • Develop and Implement Lead Generation Strategies: • - Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute targeted lead generation campaigns. • - Utilize digital marketing tools, social media, and other channels to attract and engage potential clients. • Cold Calling and Outreach: • - Initiate contact with potential leads through cold calling and personalized outreach efforts. • - Clearly communicate the value proposition of our products/services to potential clients. • Data Analysis and Reporting: • - Analyze data to evaluate the success of lead generation campaigns. • - Prepare regular reports on lead generation activities, providing insights for continuous improvement. • Collaboration with Sales and Marketing Teams: • - Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with overall business objectives. • - Provide feedback on the quality of leads and adjust strategies accordingly.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. • Proven experience in lead generation, sales development, or a related role. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. • Proficiency in using CRM software and other lead management tools. • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with prospects. • Self-motivated and able to work independently while also collaborating within a team. • Detail-oriented and organized approach to managing leads and data. • Familiarity with B2B sales processes and understanding of customer personas. • Adaptability and willingness to embrace new lead generation techniques. • **Minimum Technical and Work Environment Requirements:** • **Internet Connection:** • - Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of **15 Mbps**. • - Backup internet connection with at least **10 Mbps**. • - Backup connection must be capable of supporting work during a power outage. • **Primary Device:** • - Desktop or laptop equipped with at least: • - **Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer)**, **Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer)**, **AMD Ryzen 5**, or an equivalent processor. • - A minimum of **8 GB RAM**. • **Backup Device:** • - Must meet or exceed the performance of an **Intel Core i3** processor. • - Must be functional during power interruptions. • **Peripherals and Workspace:** • - A functioning **webcam**. • - A **noise-canceling USB headset**. • - A **quiet, dedicated home office space**. • - A **smartphone** for communication and verification purposes.
