📋 Description

• Develop, implement, and maintain programming solutions to improve operational processes. • Apply AI and Machine Learning concepts to solve business challenges such as process automation, data analysis, and workflow optimization. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand technical requirements and deliver robust, scalable software solutions. • Maintain and update existing operational systems, tools, and software to ensure reliability and efficiency. • Analyze operational data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for technical improvements. • Document solutions, processes, and technical procedures to support team knowledge sharing.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven programming skills with experience in developing technical solutions. • Experience or strong knowledge in AI and Machine Learning concepts and applications. • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities to address operational challenges. • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to understand needs and deliver solutions. • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Bonus: Experience or knowledge of the commercial solar industry is a significant advantage. • **Minimum Technical and Work Environment Requirements:** • - **Internet Connection:** • - Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of **15 Mbps**. • - Backup internet connection with at least **10 Mbps**. • - Backup connection must be capable of supporting work during a power outage. • - **Primary Device:** • - Desktop or laptop equipped with at least: • - **Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer)**, **Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer)**, **AMD Ryzen 5**, or an equivalent processor. • - A minimum of **8 GB RAM**. • - **Backup Device:** • - Must meet or exceed the performance of an **Intel Core i3** processor • - Must be functional during power interruptions. • - A functioning **webcam**. • - A **noise-canceling USB headset**. • - A **quiet, dedicated home office space**. • - **Peripherals and Workspace:** A **smartphone** for communication and verification purposes.
