📋 Description

• Identify and engage potential employers across various sectors in Canada and internationally. • Develop and implement strategies to attract new employers to our free-to-use platform. • Conduct virtual product demonstrations and presentations showcasing the value of our international talent pool. • Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted outreach campaigns. • Maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients and manage the full sales cycle. • Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams on employer needs and market trends. • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the HR tech or recruitment industry. • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas. • Excellent virtual communication and presentation skills. • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). • Understanding of the challenges of global recruitment and immigration processes. • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting. • Strong networking skills, particularly within the legal and corporate sectors. • Minimum Technical and Work Environment Requirements: • - Internet Connection: • - Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps. • - Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps. Backup connection must be capable of supporting work during a power outage. • - Primary Device: • - Desktop or laptop equipped with at least: Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer), Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer), AMD Ryzen 5, or an equivalent processor. • - A minimum of 8 GB RAM. • - Backup Device: • - Must meet or exceed the performance of an Intel Core i3 processor. Must be functional during power interruptions. • - Peripherals and Workspace: • - A functioning webcam. • - A noise-canceling USB headset. • - A quiet, dedicated home office space
