âą - Identify new lead prospects through internet research and social media âą - Conduct outbound sales activities via calls, emails, and social channels using a sales engagement platform âą - Manage outreach efforts to leads, the current client base, and identified prospects âą - Perform cold and warm calls to engage with potential clients âą - Extend the brand by developing content to educate potential customers on sales offerings âą - Build and execute multi-channel outreach sequences âą - Schedule meetings for Sales Team with key decision-makers (Manager, Director, C-level executives) âą - Accurately document daily outreach activities, notes, and communication âą - Respond to inbound leads and pass qualified prospects to the Sales Team âą - Assist Sales Managers and Account Executives with new lead generation and opportunity creation âą - Provide detailed notes and context to help ensure successful sales follow-through
âą - **Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written)** âą - Minimum 1 year of outbound B2B sales or business development experience âą - Ability to lead and manage conversations, build rapport, and earn trust with prospective clients âą - Strong consultative phone skills with the ability to clearly communicate value and handle objections âą - Energetic, positive, and persistent with excellent follow-up skills and a can-do attitude âą - Organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage time effectively âą - Comfortable working independently and in a team environment with shifting priorities âą - Strong collaboration skills across departments such as Operations, Customer Support, Sales, and Marketing âą - Proficient in Microsoft Office, Teams, and Excel âą - Experience with CRM systems preferred
