• Direct multiple cross-functional project teams across 3–5 low- to medium-risk projects • Assemble project teams and develop project work plans • Manage expectations, deliverables, results, scope, cost, schedule, staffing, vendors, and contractual deliverables • Track project milestones and adjust plans or resources to maintain customer commitments • Communicate project status and risks to stakeholders • Manage the change process for assigned projects • Facilitate stakeholder meetings and manage project plans, schedules, resource forecasts, and financials • Identify and resolve project issues • Coordinate team activities and provide performance feedback • Identify, mitigate, and communicate project risks and dependencies • Build relationships and maintain alignment with internal customers, third-party vendors, and senior management • Provide recommendations to Program Managers regarding goals, deliverables, and project decisions • Track and report project metrics and communicate lessons learned • Support non-PMO-standard tasks, including vendor requests, training materials, operational/business tasks, and reports or databases
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field • 5+ years of project management experience • 8+ years of related IT or business experience • 5+ years of experience working on projects involving project life cycle methodologies • Understanding of IT infrastructure and application architectures • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, and MS Project • Proficiency with Microsoft SharePoint • Experience influencing and managing project teams without formal direct reporting relationships • Knowledge and application of PMI-based project management competencies and methodologies • Analytical skills for budgeting, forecasting, monitoring, process management, risk management, quality control, and reporting • Strong oral and written communication skills • Strong negotiation and influencing skills • PMI Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification preferred
