📋 Description
• Scheduling virtual interviews, including communication with candidates, internal employees, and leaders • Drafting and sending correspondences with candidates to ensure a seamless interview process • Provide administrative support to members of the Talent Acquisition team as needed • Help ensure data integrity in recruiting systems, as needed • Assist in recruiting projects to support the overall team’s functions • Other duties and projects as assigned
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree preferred • Previous experience in an administrative/operational role preferred • Advanced knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel, and Outlook • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with ability and comfort level communicating with senior management
