📋 Description

• Direct multiple cross-functional technology projects supporting sales operations, customer experience, sales enablement, pricing coordination, and commercial growth • Own delivery across time, budget, and scope for low- to medium-risk projects • Manage an average of 3-5 projects, assemble project teams, build and manage project plans, coordinate internal and vendor resources, track milestones, manage risks and dependencies, and communicate project status • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Pricing, Finance, IT, vendor, and field stakeholders to clarify scope, success metrics, dependencies, adoption needs, and decision points • Manage project financials, including forecasts, actuals, budget assumptions, cost drivers, and budget impacts • Coordinate assigned project resources, facilitate meetings, follow up on action items, and provide feedback • Manage risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies and support contingency planning • Support vendor oversight, contractual deliverables, vendor timelines, and RFI/RFP activities • Maintain project artifacts, track key metrics, support governance routines, capture lessons learned, and contribute continuous improvement ideas to the PMO • Provide hands-on support with data validation, adoption readiness, training materials, rollout logistics, reporting, and meeting notes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field • 5+ years of project management experience, including IT or related business experience • 3+ years supporting projects in Sales, Marketing, Pricing, CRM, customer experience, order-to-cash, field enablement, distribution, manufacturing, or commercial technology environments preferred • Experience with waterfall, agile, hybrid, and product/wave-based project life cycle methodologies • Experience influencing and managing cross-functional project teams without formal direct reporting relationships • Knowledge of PMI-based project management competency areas and experience applying these methods • Analytical skills for budgeting, forecasting, risk management, process management, quality control, reporting, and executive-ready status communications • Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to translate between business and technical audiences • Experience with Sales or commercial platforms such as Salesforce or CRM applications, pricing tools, customer analytics, marketing automation, ERP integrations, order management, reporting tools, or field technology preferred • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, SharePoint, Teams, and project management tools such as Smartsheet and Jira • CAPM or PMP certification desired
