🎯 Requirements

• proven experience leading distributed, remote engineering teams • a strong sense of ownership • track record of helping teams ship customer-facing features quickly and iteratively • demonstrated ability to hire, onboard, and mentor high-performing engineers • track record of establishing and promoting strong engineering practices and processes • comfortable working directly with customers to troubleshoot technical issues • background in high-scale distributed systems • strong experience in TypeScript and Node.js • experience building and deploying production SaaS software • bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
