📋 Description

• Integrate with, improve, and build upon continuous testing systems, testing automation, and quality metrics reporting • Work closely with development teams to ensure test planning and execution early in release cycles • Identify performance bottlenecks, spot anomalous system behavior, and determine root causes of issues • Communicate insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management • Participate in on-call, stand-by, or off-hours duties as required • Design and develop test frameworks/suites and test automation for frontend and backend • Develop tools and tests for complex customer use cases • Collaborate with Support, Sustaining, and Customer escalation teams • Work with data-intensive and stream-processing applications

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience as a Software Engineer or SDET with a Computer Science degree and/or relevant experience • Must be a US Citizen (FedRamp requirements) • Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS • Must possess proficiency in coding across various languages • Proficiency in designing test frameworks/suites and developing test automation, encompassing both frontend and backend • Familiarity with the Playwright framework preferred • Experience designing and developing tools and tests for complex customer use cases • Experience cross collaborating with Support, Sustaining and Customer escalations • Understanding and/or experience working with data intensive applications and/or data streams processing • Detail-oriented and dedicated to elegant and high-quality software; enjoys uncovering bugs • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written • Willingness to perform stand-by, on-call, or off-hours duties
