📋 Description

• Assist paralegals with claims processes, including initiating and following up on insurance claims • Generate and manage documents via the firm's CRM in accordance with firm protocols • Communicate with clients and insurance companies in English and Spanish • Proactively report on task completion and status updates • Use the firm's CRM to manage tasks and track progress • Support smooth case progression and effective communication across global operations

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in both Spanish and English, with strong communication skills in both languages • Relevant educational experience; previous legal assistance role preferred but not required • Comfortable learning new systems quickly, including CRM platforms • Demonstrated ability to complete tasks accurately and efficiently, with a keen focus on detail • Self-starter who takes ownership of tasks and communicates effectively with remote team members
