📋 Description
• Serve as the first point of contact for technical questions and field-related issues. • Provide day-to-day leadership and mentorship to field personnel. • Monitor attendance, punctuality, and adherence to company policies. • Communicate company updates, procedural changes, and project information to field personnel. • Identify opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, and quality.
