📋 Description

• Support and advise clients on SAP HCM modules (e.g., PA, PY-DE, PT, OM, ESS/MSS) • Analyze, optimize, and further develop existing SAP HCM systems • Take ownership of sub-projects or work packages after onboarding • Configure and maintain personnel administration, payroll, and time management processes • Provide remote and occasional on-site support to clients • Collaborate closely with internal teams and stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience with SAP HCM (especially PA, PY-DE and/or PT) • German language skills (minimum B2 level) • Willingness to travel occasionally within Germany (up to 20%) • Junior: 0–2 years; Senior: 4+ years of SAP HCM experience • Nice to have: SAP SuccessFactors or Employee Central Payroll experience • Basic ABAP knowledge • Proficiency in English
