📋 Description

• Tworzenie i rozwój skalowalnych usług backendowych (Python, FastAPI) napędzających platformę AI • Budowa i optymalizacja potoków RAG, systemów agentów AI oraz orkiestracja modeli LLM na produkcji • Wsparcie w tworzeniu infrastruktury chmurowej (AWS / Azure), w tym izolacją wieloabonencką (multi-tenant) i funkcjami serverless • Tworzenie elastycznego ekosystemu integracji sterowanego przez API oraz zewnętrzne konektory • Prowadzenie przeglądów kodu, dbanie o standardy testowania i mentoring młodszych inżynierów • Dbanie o bezpieczeństwo systemu (JWT, OAuth2, RBAC, ochrona przed prompt injection) • Wpływanie na architekturę systemów wdrażanych bezpośrednio na produkcję • Samodzielna realizacja dobrze opisanych zadań bez stałego prowadzenia

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 lat doświadczenia komercyjnego w backend engineeringu z wykorzystaniem Pythona • Bardzo dobra znajomość frameworka FastAPI (async, Pydantic, dependency injection) • Doświadczenie w pracy z PostgreSQL (projektowanie schematów, optymalizacja zapytań, migracje z Alembic) • Doświadczenie z systemami AI (LLM, RAG), tool calling, function calling, multi-step reasoning, MCP / Model Context Protocol • Wiedza z zakresu chmury: AWS (Lambda, S3, ECS, API Gateway) i/lub Azure • Znajomość Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI) oraz IaC (Terraform / AWS CDK) • Doświadczenie produkcyjne w integracji API modeli LLM (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini) • Bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego w mowie i piśmie • Mile widziane: Znajomość TypeScriptu (generics, utility types, conditional types) • Mile widziane: Praktyczna znajomość Celery oraz asynchronicznego przetwarzania zadań (Redis / RabbitMQ) • Mile widziane: Doświadczenie z GraphRAG oraz grafowymi bazami danych (Neo4j) • Mile widziane: Praktyka w serwowaniu modeli LLM on-premise (vLLM, TGI, TensorRT-LLM) oraz znajomość technik fine-tuningu (LoRA/QLoRA) • Mile widziane: Znajomość Pulumi, gRPC lub GraphQL
