📋 Description

• Provide customer support via email, chat, and phone in Dutch and English • Resolve inquiries regarding orders, returns, and product information • Collaborate with the team to improve customer experience

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in Dutch and English (written & spoken) • Strong communication and problem-solving skills • E-commerce or customer service experience preferred
