📋 Description

• Be the primary point of contact for Italian-speaking customers via email, chat, and phone. • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies. • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently; escalate when necessary. • Process orders, returns, and exchanges according to company guidelines. • Maintain accurate customer records and handle sensitive data with confidentiality.

🎯 Requirements

• Native or fluent in Italian. • Advanced in English. • Previous experience in customer service is a plus. • Strong problem-solving skills. • High level of empathy, patience, and a customer-first attitude. • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings & weekends.
