📋 Description

• Identify & attract top talent using creative sourcing methods - 70% active sourcing • Conduct interviews & assess candidates' qualifications • Follow up the operation plan with the team leader to understand hiring needs and the USPs • Manage candidate pipelines & maintain strong communication with candidates & clients • Draft and post engaging job ads - 30% passive sourcing

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent English (interviews in English) • 6+ months of recruitment/talent sourcing experience • Proficient with sourcing tools, job boards & networks • 30+ hrs/week availability • Resilient, positive, target-driven, financially secure (pay per hire, no fixed salary)
