📋 Description

• build strong customer relationships • deliver exceptional customer experiences • troubleshoot inquiries effectively using open-ended questions, support documents, and system training • provide recommendations for common issues and frequently asked questions

🎯 Requirements

• fluent in Portuguese (C2 Level or Native) • good command of English (B2 level) • ability to work in rotating shifts • solid computer skills • prior experience or any interaction with clients is advantageous • strong communication, listening, and empathy skills • excellent time management and a cooperative attitude
