📋 Description

• Identify and engage qualified candidates using diverse sourcing methods • Work closely with clients to define hiring needs and expectations • Oversee the recruitment process from initial outreach through offer stage • Keep clear, professional communication with both candidates and clients • Continuously develop and maintain a pipeline of active talent

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, or a similar role (at least 6 months) • Comfort using recruitment platforms and digital sourcing tools • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to manage multiple vacancies independently • Well-organized, proactive, and goal-focused approach • Professional fluency in English, spoken and written
