• Provide high-quality support to customers via inbound calls (email support may be added later). • Address customer inquiries such as: Store locations and product availability, Online returns and complaint management, Product reservations and stock checks. • Deliver exceptional service, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. • Participate actively in team meetings, training, and engagement events.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in German (C1/C2) mandatory. • Residence in Turkey with eligibility to work remotely. • Solid computer literacy and ability to navigate online systems. • Access to a smartphone for secure VPN login verification.
