• Handle customer inquiries in Hebrew across phone, email, and chat. • Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently. • Ensure customer satisfaction by offering timely and empathetic support. • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex cases. • Work in line with company procedures and service quality standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Language skills: Native or C1/C2 level in Hebrew. • Minimum B2 level in English (written and verbal). • Full-time availability. • Strong communication and problem-solving skills. • Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail. • Must already be based in Lithuania (remote work permitted).
