📋 Description
• Review and evaluate user-generated content, ensuring it adheres to established community guidelines and policies. • Identify and escalate any inappropriate or harmful content to the appropriate teams. • Maintain a high level of accuracy while processing content in a fast-paced environment. • Collaborate with team members to implement best practices and improve moderation processes. • Provide feedback on trends and issues observed during content moderation. • Support users by addressing their inquiries and concerns related to content policies.
🎯 Requirements
• Fluent Dutch speaker with strong communication skills in English. • Previous experience in content moderation, customer service, or a related field is a plus, but not required. • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality. • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
